Established in the year 2018, Yende Legal Associates is a reputed law firm located in the prime locality of Mumbai. It has been registered with the Registrar, Ministry of Corporate affairs, Government of India, under LL.P. Act, 2008, the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, Bombay High Court(O.S.) The founder Adv.(Dr.) Ashok Yende and co-founder Adv. Abhishek Yende bring on board a combined huge experience in the legal profession. Within a short span of period, YLA is marching to fulfil our vision and mission, with the team of partners, consultants/experts, associates, internees.
The Founding Pillars
Adv.(Dr.) Ashok Yende, LL.B., LL.M. and Ph.D. D.Lit.(Law) has more than three decades of rich and extensive experience in administration, teaching, and profession. Prior to establishing the Law Firm, he was working as Professor & Head, Dept of Law in the University of Mumbai and instrumental in establishing University of Mumbai Law Academy. He headed leading law institutions in the country. He has participated in several National and International conferences on diverse fields, including the United Nations and has seven books and forty-five publications to his credit. He has been awarded with prestigious “National Law Award”, by the International Council of Jurists (ICJ) for the Year 2018, and conferred “Exceptional Leaders of Excellence” Award – 2018 by Women Economic Forum (WEF), “High Flyer-50 : Global Indian” Award (2022) by FTTP & Zee International.
Adv. Abhishek Yende, LL.B. from ILS Law College Pune and obtained dual LL.M. degrees from Birmingham University (UK), and University of Mumbai, and diplomas in IPR, Cyber law, ADR, Forensic science. He has more than 12 years of practicing experience before the Bombay High Court and other Courts. He worked in the chamber of Adv. Ashok Mundargi, Senior Designated Advocate, Bombay High Court. Participated in various conferences, and judges moot-court competitions. He has successfully argued high profile criminal cases before High Court, and the Supreme Court of India. He has been empanelled as ‘A’ Panel Counsel of Bombay Municipal Corporation and “B” Group Counsel of State of Maharashtra for Bombay High Court.
